Classes
Throwing
Learn how to center clay on the potter’s wheel and create a simple form (a bowl, cup, planter, etc.). You can expect to make 1-2 pieces to take home; you select your glaze color, and work is available for pickup within 4-6 weeks. You can come in and throw one time or book a bundle: multiple throwing sessions, finished off with a trimming session. Single class: $95.
Bundles - Throwing & Trimming
With bundles (multiple classes) you throw as well as trim, working with clay from its wet state to its leatherhard state. You learn to create a foot, which raises your piece off the surface you set it on. 2, 4 or 6 Class-Bundles are also a great way practice throwing so that you can really get in the groove and improve your skills. Save up to ten percent when you book 4-Class or 6-Class Bundles: $195-565.
*BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS: You need to book each class individually! Choose times that work best for you - space out classes one day or up to one week, change times create a custom class flow that works for you.
Claydates
A Claydate is a great way to celebrate an anniversary, do something new with an old friend, bond with a favorite or upgrade date night. For 2-5 people: you reserve the studio for 2 or more to throw on the wheel, creating bowls, cups or planters to take home after they are fired and glazed. If you want to learn how to trim your work, come back for a second class; make sure to book a second Claydate with “Trimming” in the title. Claydates range from $250 - 550 depending on party size.
Birthday Parties
A three hour birthday party (or any kind of pottery party for that matter) that seats 5 people! Explore the potter's wheel for a few hours with your favorites; each person will throw on the wheel 2 - 3 times, creating bowls, cups and other ceramic pieces to bring home once they are fired. Celebrate and wind down afterwards in the beautiful studio courtyard (BYO snacks / cake)!

Deposits, Cancellation Policy & Sliding Scale
All offerings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. To cancel or reschedule a session, email the studio and book another class through Calendly.
Waveform has an Equity Fund which provides sliding scale with a focus on BIPOC. Message me to contribute, or utilize the fund for your tuition.
